BUYER'S SAFETY
Due to the rampant fraud in our space we have created a 5 step system to protect our adoptees (you) from scams and making sure your experience is the best possible one for you and our feathered Parrot babies.
We use contracts to protect you, the consumer. We do not ask for $ until there is a duly signed contract in place protecting all parties looking to make this a fluid and effortless process. Our main concern is that our feathered babies are going to great homes that understand this is a lifelong commitment. (Make sure to ask anyone you are looking to adopt a bird from for a contract.. always)
Once we have a duly signed contract, we send you methods of payment. Your non-refundable deposit goes into our escrow account making sure the monies do not get touched till your family has its feathered companion in its possession. Should some act of God happen due to circumstances outside of our control and we are unable to deliver on our promise laid out in the contract all monies in our escrow account will be returned to you.
We pick up the phone. We will also update you with pictures and video as your bird grows via our social sites. All our birds (weaned or un-weaned) are from DISEASE-FREE PARENTS or DISEASE TESTED negative for Polyomavirus (PVD), Avian Bornavirus (ABV), Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease (PBFD).
We provide paperwork with every bird we sell. We also provide a 10 day health guarantee on all weaned birds. This gives you an opportunity to get the health of your bird checked out by a local avian vet.
Our Breeding Process
We have a small team that works around the clock to make sure our birds are the friendliest in the marketplace. From our Nursery managers, to who helps lead up all our socials, to our chief educator, and our caretaker, we make sure TLC is provided in everything we do.
With the desire to create a knowledgeable and reliable online resource for pet owners to find accurate information and a safe place to purchase birds without worrying of the quality of bird they would receive. We had grown frustrated with the misinformation found online and we aimed to establish a platform that not only breeds high-quality birds but also educates new bird owners, supports fellow enthusiasts, and advocates for improved aviculture standards.
- Selective Breeding: We carefully select breeding pairs based on their health, temperament, and genetic diversity to produce strong and healthy offspring.
Nurturing Environment: Our birds are raised in a clean, spacious, and stimulating environment that promotes their physical and mental well-being.
Disease Testing: We disease test our breeder birds for the most common avian illness, bacteria, parasites and viruses such as Borna virus, PBFD, Polyoma, coccidiosis, Psittacosis Chlamydia and others to ensure we provide you the healthiest possible babies.
Hand-Feeding: From a young age, our baby birds are hand-fed to ensure they are well-nourished and accustomed to human interaction, making them friendly and socialized pets.
Health Monitoring: We conduct regular health checks and provide a balanced diet to ensure our birds grow up healthy and strong. With guidance from an avian veterinarian who oversees their health.
Socialization: We spend time interacting with each bird daily, ensuring they are comfortable with human contact and other birds and pets. This helps them develop into well-adjusted pets for the entire family.
Education and Support: We provide ongoing support and resources to new bird owners to help them care for their new pets and ensure a smooth transition into their new homes. We are available to support for as long as needed and for the life of the pet.
